Breeding fee $ 500 . includes booking fee of $ 150. ( non refundable)

A.        The mare is booked specifically by name and the booking may not be transferred to another mare without the
prior written consent of In Living Color Stables.

B.        In the event that mare does not become in foal In Living Color Stables agrees to breed said mare again at no
charge (except mare care or AI charges, shipping charges)

C.        In the event said mare does not deliver a live foal In Living Color Stables agrees to give Owner of mare (or
lessee) the right to an additional service to said mare ( at any time within 1 year) from foaling said mare under this
contract. Mary Kahl ( In Living Color Stables)Shall have no further liability hereunder for servicing said mare. For the
purpose of the agreement, “live Foal” means “stands and nurses.”

D.        Owner (or Lessee) of mare warrants that said mare is free from disease or infection that could be transmitted to
said stallion, and agrees to pay for any veterinarian care mare or stallion may need due to disease caused from mare.

E.         In addition to the above charges for breeding Owner (or lessee) of mare Agrees to pay $7.00 dry /per day for
feed and board if mare is being bred by live cover. Or $150 collection Fee plus shipping and container fees for AI.

F.         Mary Kahl agrees to provide the feed, hay, stall & pasture for said mare while at In Living Color Stables.

G.        Owner (or Lessee)of mare agrees to assume the risk of injury, sickness or death to said Mare except where
caused by negligence of In Living Color Stables

H.        Owner (or Lessee) of mare agrees to indemnify and hold In Living Color Stables or Mary Kahl harmless for any
loss or injury due to acts of said mare while on premises or under control of Mary Kahl except where cause by
negligence of Mary Kahl.

I.        In Living Color Stables agrees to use reasonable care and caution for said mare while in her possession or
control, pursuant to this agreement and is authorized to obtain any necessary veterinarian or ferrier care as required
but only after taking steps to contact mare owner.

J.        In the event the stallion shall die, be removed from the farm, or in any way become unfit for service prior to
serving the mare, or if mare should die or otherwise become unfit to be bred, then this contract is and shall be null and
void. (No Refunds)The mare owner will also have the option to breed to another stallion standing at In Living Color
Stables.

K.        In Living Color Stables reserves the right to reject any mare not in good condition, under 3 years old or one that
is vicious or unmanageable.

L.        The mare must have proof indicating current vaccinations for equine influenza, Strangles, tetanus, sleeping
sickness and also a current Coggins test Mares not accompanied by such certificate will be vaccinated shortly after
arrival at mare owners expense. Mare must have current uterine culture.
